These terms apply when you use Starity. By messaging Starity on WhatsApp or paying for a subscription, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Starity is

Starity is an AI career coach on WhatsApp. It provides a Career DNA report, plans and check-ins. What it tells you is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or employment advice, and we do not guarantee any result.

Who can use it

The free chat is for people aged 13 or older. The paid subscription is for people aged 18 or older.

Your account

Your account is your WhatsApp number. Please keep your phone and WhatsApp secure. You are responsible for what happens through your number.

The free chat

You can start a chat with Starity for free. To get your Career DNA report and your coach, you need a paid subscription.

Paid subscription

The subscription costs ₹499 per month. It is billed monthly through Razorpay until you cancel. We show the price before you pay. We may change the price, and if we do we will tell you before your next renewal.

Coupons and free access passes

Coupons and free access passes are valid only as stated when we give them to you. They may expire, and only one can be used per subscription. We may withdraw a coupon or pass if it is misused.

Cancelling

Reply "Cancel Subscription" in WhatsApp to cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refunds and cancellation page for details.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use Starity for anything unlawful or abusive;
• give fake details or use someone else's details;
• try to break, overload or get around the service; or
• scrape or copy the service at scale.

AI can be wrong

Starity uses AI, and AI can make mistakes. Please review what it tells you before you act on it. Do not share passwords, ID numbers or bank details in the chat.

Your content

You keep your rights in what you send us. You allow us to process it so we can provide the service. Our Privacy policy explains how.

Our content

The Starity name, logo, software and the way the service is put together belong to us. Your reports and plans are for your own personal use.

Third-party services

Starity relies on other services, including WhatsApp (Meta), Razorpay and AI providers. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises about results, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you misuse the service or break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using Starity after that, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
